If the mediation is cancelled or postponed less than 5 working days prior to the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of $4,000.00 plus GST may be imposed.
Disbursements: all travelling [including airfares, transfers, taxis and meals] and accommodation expenses (excluding GST) at cost.
